A turnkey solution in dental office construction offers a hassle-free approach where one entity manages the entire process from design to completion. This includes the following works. With a turnkey solution, clients can expect a fully functional dental office without the need to coordinate multiple contractors. It streamlines the process, saves time, and ensures a seamless transition to opening day.

Television for all rooms-55 inches for reception and 32 inches for rooms. If need to mount on chairs the chair mounting arm is extra charge.

 Signage one front sign (permit included) and front reception external windows decals or blinds.

 Microwave oven and Refrigerator(24inch).

 Final Hook-ups.

 Permit closure.

Equipment charges will be as per the client choice but will be privileged to the Dr. Nibu company discounts.

Overall construction project management.

 

Sprinklers included only if done by our Sprinkler team. If the Landlords team is doing, then the difference will be paid by the client.

 Fire-alarm moving paid by client.

 Accent walls, chandeliers, additional decorative lights, coves, strip lights will be charged extra.

 Millwork cabinetry for whole clinic.

 Computers for all rooms (includes set-up and help in practice management set up. Practice management software to be paid by client).
